The units were new-fashioned in a pleasing style. I have to mention the marvellous breakfast with juice and tea or coffee and fresh local ingredients. The hotel is in the central location to Goodwood festival of speed.

If you are looking for a modern plastic type building this is not the place. historic building with great character. Staff were great and thoroughly enjoyed the Breakfast that was included. Great location for Fareham and Gosport.

The breakfast spread was an absolute winner, with fresh fruits and a tasty full English. Plus, the staff were a treat, especially Leo. Room 9 was a spacious delight, perfect for a cozy night in after a day of exploring Fareham's local eats!
But, oh boy, that road noise and the lack of soundproofing were no fun, especially with chatty neighbors keeping me up. The whole place could use a bit of a facelift too. It felt a tad worn around the edges.

great food but outdated decor
The breakfast offered a good range of options, made every morning pleasant. I particularly appreciated the Monday night special with a fantastic curry dish that was both hearty and satisfying.
The hotel's decor feels a bit outdated and could use some refreshing touches.

Staff really friendly and helpful. Food excellent value for money.
Room was all a bit tatty/past it's best and could have been cleaner. Room had another room or flat above and people walking in the room above was really noisy - especially when this happened from 2-4am - soundproofing from above was terrible

The Roundabout offered a good stay with friendly staff who were accommodating. The room was well-equipped for my needs and provided a comfortable work environment. I appreciated the efficient service during my dining experience, especially the breakfast with a delicious spread of options that catered perfectly to my busy schedule.
Parking may be a bit tight during peak hours.

Comfortable accommodations with ample breakfast options were overshadowed by noise issues from an event below, impacting sleep quality. While the rooms appeared a bit tired and had an unpleasant odor, the staff's helpfulness was a bright spot, addressing our concerns promptly. The variety in the morning meal was enjoyable, but the overall experience was marred by the disruptive atmosphere.

The hotel was super dog-friendly, and the staff always made sure to accommodate us. Visiting Portsmouth and the local parks was easy. The breakfast was tasty. A heads-up , the parking can be a bit tight, but overall, a lovely stay.
The only downside was that the room felt a bit stuffy, and the windows didn't open properly, uncomfortable at times.
